1. Eligibility
1.1 The giveaway is open to participants worldwide who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
1.2 Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of AVIOTTA are not eligible to participate.
1.3 By signing up for the draw, you agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
2. Entry Requirements
2.1 Participants must purchase a qualifying product and scan the provided QR code to access the giveaway entry page.
2.2 Each entry must be submitted using a valid email address.
2.3 Only one entry per qualifying purchase is allowed. Multiple entries from the same purchase may be disqualified.
2.4 Participants must provide purchase-related details, including order number and purchase date.
3. Winner Selection and Notification
3.1 Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
3.2 The winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry.
3.3 If the winner does not respond within 90 days of the notification email being sent, the prize will be forfeited and donated to a charity of AVIOTTA’s choice.
3.4 The draw results will be announced on AVIOTTA’s social media platforms.
4. Prize and Shipping
4.1 The prize will be shipped free of charge to any valid address provided by the winner.
4.2 If the winner requests shipment outside of the United States, they may be required to pay additional shipping and customs fees.
4.3 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
4.4 Winner information will be published on AVIOTTA’s social media platforms. If the winner refuses, the organizer reserves the right to reject the prize.
5. Disqualification and Fraud Prevention
5.1 AVIOTTA reserves the right to disqualify any participant who provides false information, engages in fraudulent activity, or violates these Terms and Conditions.
5.2 Any attempt to manipulate or tamper with the giveaway process may result in disqualification.
6. Liability and Release
6.1 AVIOTTA is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries due to technical malfunctions or other unforeseen issues.
6.2 By participating in the giveaway, entrants release and hold harmless AVIOTTA, its affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of participation in the giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize.
7. Modification and Termination
7.1 AVIOTTA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice if unforeseen circumstances arise.
8. Governing Law
8.1 This giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within the jurisdiction of the State of Wyoming.
